1. How is the quality control of your chi flat iron?
We had a strict quality inspection before we put it in stores.Also we get a group of experienced experts of this area,who can always help to check the quality before delivery and offer the technological advices.
 
2. What is your payment options?
Currently we accept the payment through PayPal, Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), West Union, and Money Gram. Customers can choose any one they want.
 
3. What if the one I want out of stock?
If we find the item you ordered is out of stock, we would inform you through E-mail or telephone, and ask if you want an exchange. Before that, we would try our best to get the item you want for you.
 
4. What is your preferential policy?
The preferential policy depends on the quantity you ordered.If the quantity is large,we may take into consideration to free the shipping as well as offering large discounts.
 
5. When will my items be delivered?
Once we received your order we will confirm it and deal. Thus, we need customers to do the payment as soon as possible, and after we confirm the payment, we will deliver it within two days.
 
6. What if I want to change my order after placed it, what should I do?
Sorry, if you had placed your order, which means we may have deal with your order, you may not change it. But if you really do not want to change the order,please contract us, we will see if we can change it for you.
 
7. The one I want did not be listed in your website,can I order it?
We will do our best to offer a complete product catalogue but if you can not find the chi you want in our website, you can just contact us and send us the information and image of the product you want. We can try our best to search it for you.
 
8. What if my order was missing?
If you did not receive your order within 10 days please contact us. We will check to the express company and resend your items to you.
 
9. Can I ship to other place different with the address I registered?
Yes. If you want to change your address,please inform us the new address, and we will deliver your items to place you want.
 
10. What should I do when I receive the order?
Please make sure the products you received form us is in good condition and without defects, as we could not accept the return or exchange if the products was damaged by human force. If you find there are some damage caused during the shipping, please contact us immediately and we can solve it for you.
